My family and I wanted to stay at a home rather than a Hotel as we are a big family and wanted the convenience of cooking our own meals.
We were not disappointed in the least. The house is in a charming village on a quiet street. The view of the fields and forest is relaxing and just what you would expect in the French countryside.
The house itself is immaculate and nicely furnished. The layout is great for visiting with family. It feels very homey.
We plan to stay her again on your next trip! - Julie, Orange Co, CA

This house is wonderful. There is a view of the village church from the children's bedroom (where my daughter stayed anyway) that she loved! She called it her castle since she was into princesses at the time. The thing I loved most was the heated floors. They were warm on my bare feet and I remember it very well. The village is quaint and lovely and there is so much to do. There are wineries and wine tours and tastings that are just wonderful. You can visit Beanne very easily and we went to a farmers type market there that was amazing. I can't wait to go back and stay again. It is a somewhat short train ride to Paris (about 3 hours). The premises were very clean and better than any hotel we could have chosen. The forest is right out back and we walked to the ponds a few times. The location is at the edge of the entire village making it secluded and very private. I could go on forever, but I won't bore you all. I will definitely stay here again.
