We will do our best to rent the house to other guests for your reserved time if you have to cancel. If this is the case, you will be fully refunded. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
If we receive written notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, you will owe us no further outstanding balance. However, if written notice of cancellation is made 30 days or less before the date of arrival, you will owe us the outstanding balance unless we are able to rent the property for the period.
In case of cancellation, we always make every effort to rent out the house for the cancelled period.
We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy at our vacation rental.Thank you!
Our home has a selection of English books, videos and games for children and adults for your enjoyment during your stay. Please leave these at the house for other guests to enjoy.
We reserve the right to charge for any items which are damaged, broken, or go missing during your stay, and may charge over and above the 200 euro damage deposit.
Instructions will be given on how to leave the keys in the house when you leave. We reserve the right to charge for replacement of lost sets of keys.
Arrival time is after 3 pm and departure time by 12 noon.
When you arrive at the property it will be clean, as will be the bed linens and towels. The house will be cleaned between guests, but we ask you to leave the house as clean as possible. There is a washing machine available if you would like to wash anything during your stay. Please leave 20 Euros for the cleaning team at the house before you leave.
